Return Policy
Our return policy allows for returns within 30 days from the date of item receipt, applicable to both in-store and online purchases.
In store purchases: items returned within the first seven days after receipt can be returned for a full refund to your original payment method. After seven days, an item can only be returned for store credit.
Online purchases: items returned within the first 30 days after receipt can be returned for store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn/unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can send your request to true@shoptruestyle.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label. You may also return an online purchase to the store in person at 2501 Dallas Street Suite 164 Aurora, CO 80010.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Returns must arrive within 10 days of approval.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will receive an email confirmation with store credit in the form of a gift card that does not expire.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, don't hesitate to get in touch with us at true@shoptruestyle.com.
Damages or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item(s) is defective, damaged, or if you have received an incorrect item, so that we may evaluate the situation and correct the problem.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned; custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
All sale/clearance items are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
