All clearance items are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

In Store Return Policy

Returns to the store are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Items returned within the first seven days can be returned for a full refund to your original payment method. After seven days, up through 30 days, an item can only be returned for store credit. After 30 days, returns are not accepted. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you purchased it, unworn/unused and with tags. You will also need to provide proof of purchase. 

Online Return Policy

Online purchases can be returned in store, or to return by mail, email your request to true@shoptruestyle.com within seven days of receiving your item(s). We will provide you with a complementary return shipping label via USPS. Items must be sent back within seven days of receiving the shipping label. Once we receive the return, it will be inspected and store credit will be issued via email. Store credit does not expire. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards and donations.
