We can't contain our excitement--it's simply zesty, and we can't wait for you to get your hands (and hair!) on it!  Made from cellulose acetate, a plant-based alternative to plastic.   Each hair accessory is made from cellulose acetate pieces that are individually cut and hand-painted, which can result in slight variations.
